The Project
Roma Dance Boutique is a new dance company that will provide dancers with an artistic education that fosters freedom in artistic creation, a greater awareness of dance as an intrinsic form of human expression, and a deeper understanding of the cultural impact of arts.
The founder of Roma Dance Boutique needed to transform her passion and business idea into a profitable business. She needed help creating a business plan for her upcoming business start-up to assess the business feasibility and create a roadmap for her new business.
Additionally, she needs to create a compelling brand identity and online presence that will reflect her business philosophy and values.
What I did
I created a business plan for Roma Dance Boutique that documents key success factors, important milestones and resources needed to start and operate the business. This business plan is used as a road map for the internal business as well as a document to present the business idea and opportunity to potential partners.
Once the business plan was complete, we will start working on the brand identity to create a brand image that communicates the business values, philosophy and aspirations. The next step would be to create a winning online presence that will create positive results for the new business and help it achieve its goals.
